Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Prepare Rolls: Slice the sheet of Hawaiian rolls in half crosswise and arrange the bottom half evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Cook Sausage Patties: In a large skillet, cook the turkey sausage patties according to the package directions until fully cooked. Set them aside.
- Whisk Eggs: In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
- Scramble Eggs: Heat an oiled skillet over medium heat and scramble the egg mixture until cooked through but still moist. Remove from heat.
- Assemble Sliders – Layer One: Evenly spread the scrambled eggs over the bottom layer of Hawaiian rolls in the baking dish.
- Assemble Sliders – Layer Two: Place the cooked turkey sausage patties on top of the scrambled eggs.
- Add Cheese: Carefully layer the cheddar cheese slices over the sausage patties.
- Top With Bun: Place the top half of the Hawaiian roll sheet over the cheese layer to close the sliders.
- Prepare Topping: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, maple syrup, everything but the bagel seasoning, and minced chives. Stir well.
- Brush Topping: Generously brush the maple butter mixture evenly across the tops of the slider buns.
- Bake Covered: Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the sliders are heated through and the cheese is melted.
- Brown Tops: Remove the foil and bake for an additional 3-5 minutes to brown and crisp the tops of the sliders.
- Serve: Remove from oven, slice into individual sliders, and serve immediately while warm. Enjoy your breakfast sliders!
