Ingredients

- 1/3 cup chopped cilantro

Instructions
- Heat and Season the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the shredded chicken and sprinkle with the taco seasoning. Stir to coat the chicken evenly with the seasoning. If the mixture looks dry, add 1 tablespoon of water to help distribute the flavors evenly. Cook the chicken just until warmed through, then taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Remove from heat.
- Assemble the Burrito Bowls: Divide the cooked rice evenly among four bowls. Top each with seasoned chicken, chopped Romaine lettuce, warmed beans, sweet corn, halved grape tomatoes, shredded cheese, and chopped cilantro.
- Add Toppings: Garnish each bowl with guacamole or avocado slices, Pico de Gallo or salsa, pickled red onions, and a dollop of sour cream or plain Greek yogurt.
