- 1/2 cup honey
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 5 Tablespoons unsalted butter

- 2 Tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Dough
- 2 cans canned cinnamon rolls
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure it’s ready for baking the cinnamon rolls.
- Prepare Syrup: In a medium saucepan, combine the brown sugar, honey, heavy cream, and unsalted butter. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer uncovered for 5 minutes. Allow it to cool slightly.
- Mix Nut Filling: In a small bowl, mix together the chopped walnuts, chopped pistachios, granulated sugar, and ground cinnamon until well combined.
- Fill Cinnamon Rolls: Unroll each canned cinnamon roll and evenly spoon the nut mixture over the dough. Roll the dough back up carefully to enclose the filling.
- Prepare Baking Dish: Grease a 9×9 inch baking dish. Pour half of the prepared syrup into the bottom of the dish.
