Spinach Sauce

Lemon Parmesan Breadcrumb Topping
- 1.5 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp breadcrumbs

- Zest of 1/2 lemon, grated
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
- Cook the pasta: Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the dried pasta until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
