Ingredients

Shake Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1/2 Cup Dairy-Free Vanilla Ice Cream or Frozen Yogurt
  • 1 Handful Baby Spinach
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Almond Extract
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Peppermint Extract
  • 1 Pinch Sea Salt

Toppings

  • Whipped Cream (traditional or dairy-free)
  • Crushed Oreo Cookies


Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: Add the almond milk, frozen banana, dairy-free vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt, baby spinach, vanilla protein powder, almond extract, peppermint extract, and sea salt to a blender.
  2. Blend: Blend on high speed until all ingredients are smooth and well combined. Pause halfway to scrape down the sides of the blender to ensure everything is fully incorporated.
  3. Serve: Pour the shake into a glass.
  4. Add Toppings: Top with whipped cream and crushed Oreo cookies as desired.
