Ingredients
Salmon Bites:
- 1 ½ lb salmon, skin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
Honey Glaze:
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
- 2 teaspoons chopped chives
Instructions
- Prepare Salmon: Pat dry the salmon cubes and season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Massage with oil.
- Cook Salmon: Heat a skillet, cook salmon cubes until crispy and golden. Transfer to a plate.
- Make Glaze: In the same skillet, saute garlic and ginger. Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey. Simmer until thick.
- Finish Dish: Toss crispy salmon in the glaze. Adjust seasoning. Serve over rice.

- For extra flavor, garnish with additional chopped chives and sesame seeds.
