Description

Ingredients

Salmon Bites:

  • 1 ½ lb salmon, skin removed and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil, divided

Honey Glaze:

  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • 2 teaspoons chopped chives

Instructions

  1. Prepare Salmon: Pat dry the salmon cubes and season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Massage with oil.
  2. Cook Salmon: Heat a skillet, cook salmon cubes until crispy and golden. Transfer to a plate.
  3. Make Glaze: In the same skillet, saute garlic and ginger. Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey. Simmer until thick.
  4. Finish Dish: Toss crispy salmon in the glaze. Adjust seasoning. Serve over rice.
