Description

Cool off with a refreshing glass of Lebanese Lemon Mint Juice, also known as Lemonana. This citrusy and minty beverage is a popular Middle Eastern drink that’s perfect for hot summer days. The combination of zesty lemons, fragrant mint, and a touch of sweetness creates a delightful thirst-quencher.

  • 1/4 cup Mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup Maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Orange Blossom Water (optional)
  • 34 cups Cold water
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Add Ingredients to Blender: Combine all the ingredients in a blender, including ice if desired. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  2. Taste and Adjust: Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness and water levels to your preference.
  3. Strain the Juice: Strain the mixture through a sieve or nut cloth to separate the juice from pulp.
