- 8 oz. full fat sour cream, room temperature
- 8 oz. full fat cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 ounces grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried minced onion
- 1 tablespoon olive brine
- 5.75 ounce jar olives, drained and chopped (slice a few for garnish before chopping the rest)
- Kosher salt, to taste
- Fresh cracked pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Combine base ingredients. In a medium bowl, add the full fat cream cheese, sour cream, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried minced onion, olive brine, and a couple large pinches of kosher salt and freshly cracked pepper to start with seasoning.
- Whip the mixture. Use an electric mixer to whip all ingredients together until the mixture is smooth, creamy, and well blended with no lumps remaining.
- Fold in chopped olives. Gently fold in the chopped olives ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the dip. Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed.
- Garnish and serve. Garnish the top of the dip with a few sliced olives for visual appeal. Serve immediately with pita crackers as a delicious appetizer or snack.
