Description

Slutty Brownies are an indulgent, triple-layered dessert that combines a cookie base, gooey Oreo center, and rich brownie topping into one irresistibly decadent treat. Perfect for sharing at parties or enjoying as a special dessert, these brownies deliver layers of chewy cookie dough, creamy Oreo filling, and fudgy brownies baked to perfection.

Ingredients

Cookie Layer

  • 1 (17.5 ounces) bag chocolate chip cookie mix
  • ¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 stick (½ cup) salted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg, room temperature

Oreo Layer

  • 1 (14.3 ounces) package Double Stuf Oreos

Brownie Layer

  • 1 (18.3 ounces) box brownie mix
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 large eggs, room temperature
  • ¼ cup (½ stick) salted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare Pan: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper to prevent sticking and allow easy removal of the brownies.
  2. Make Cookie Dough: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the chocolate chip cookie mix with ¼ cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips using a rubber spatula.
  3. Add Wet Ingredients to Cookie Mix: Pour in the melted butter and one large egg into the cookie mixture. Mix thoroughly until it forms a slightly sticky dough.
  4. Form Cookie Layer: Press the cookie dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish using lightly floured fingers or a wet spatula to smooth the surface without sticking.
  5. Add Oreo Layer: Open the package of Double Stuf Oreos and arrange them in rows over the cookie dough base, creating an even layer. Break some Oreos if necessary to cover the entire surface.
  6. Prepare Brownie Batter: In a separate medium bowl, combine the brownie mix with 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips. Stir in 2 eggs, melted butter, and milk, mixing well until you achieve a regular to thick brownie batter consistency.
  7. Pour Brownie Batter: Gently pour the brownie batter over the Oreo layer in the baking dish. Use a spatula to gently spread and even out the batter covering the cookies.
  8. Bake: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 50 minutes, or until the top is set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  9. Cool and Serve: Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan, about 30 to 60 minutes, before slicing into squares for best texture and serving.

Notes

  • Room temperature eggs help create a smoother batter and better texture.
  • Use parchment paper for easier removal and cleaner slicing.
  • If you prefer a fudgier brownie, slightly underbake by 5 minutes but be sure the toothpick test is done to your liking.
  • Press Oreo layer gently to avoid cracking the cookies into too small pieces.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or refrigerate for up to a week.
