Description
Rich and indulgent Snickers Brownies featuring layers of fudgy chocolate brownie batter and chunks of fun-size Snickers bars for a delightful twist on a classic dessert.
Ingredients
Brownie Batter
- 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate, coarsely chopped
- ¾ cup (12 tablespoons) butter
- 1 ½ cups white sugar
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
Fillings
- 12 fun-size Snickers candy bars, each cut into 4 pieces
Instructions
- Preheat Oven and Prepare Pan: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with foil and spray it with nonstick cooking spray to ensure easy removal of the brownies.
- Melt Chocolate and Butter: Place the unsweetened chopped chocolate and butter into a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at medium (50%) power for 3-4 minutes or until the butter is fully melted. Stir well until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
- Combine Ingredients: Whisk the melted chocolate mixture until smooth. Stir in the sugar to combine. Add the lightly beaten eggs, pure vanilla extract, and kosher salt. Gradually fold in the all-purpose flour, stirring just until the batter is combined—do not overmix to keep brownies tender.
- Layer Batter and Snickers Pieces: Spread half of the brownie batter evenly into the prepared baking pan. Arrange an even layer of the Snickers pieces over the batter. Carefully cover the Snickers layer with the remaining half of the brownie batter, spreading it evenly.
- Bake the Brownies: Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes. Avoid overbaking to maintain a fudgy texture. The brownies are done when a toothpick inserted near the center comes out with moist crumbs.
- Cool and Serve: Remove the brownies from the oven and transfer to a cooling rack. Allow them to cool completely before carefully lifting out of the pan using the foil edges, then cut into 12 servings and enjoy.
Notes

- Use an 8×8 inch pan for the correct thickness and baking time.
- You can substitute fun-size Snickers with any caramel and peanut chocolate bars for variation.
- Cooling completely before cutting helps maintain clean edges.
