Instructions
- Prepare the bread: Spread ½ Tbsp mayonnaise evenly over the top side of each slice of toasted bread to ensure a golden, crispy texture when cooking.
- Heat the skillet: Place a skillet over medium-low heat to warm it up gently ensuring even cooking without burning.
- Assemble and cook the sandwich: Place two slices of bread, mayonnaise side down, onto the heated skillet. Layer three slices of different types of cheese (cheddar, gouda, and havarti) on one slice of bread. When the bread turns golden brown, close the sandwich by placing the other slice of bread on top. Cook for about 5 minutes more, flipping as needed until both sides are golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.
