Instructions

  2. Chill the mixture: Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Transfer the processed muesli mixture into the pan, pressing down firmly to create an even and compact layer. Place the pan in the refrigerator for about 2 hours or in the freezer for 20 minutes to allow the bars to set properly.
  3. Slice the bars: Once chilled and firm, remove the muesli block from the pan using the parchment paper. With a sharp knife, slice it into 8-10 larger bars or 16-18 smaller bite-sized pieces, depending on your preference.
  4. Add optional chocolate coating: To create the chocolate drizzle, combine the dark chocolate chips and 1 teaspoon of melted coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring well between each, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
