Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan to prevent sticking.
- Prepare Egg Mixture: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the 8 large eggs, 3 tablespoons of milk, and add salt and pepper to taste until fully combined.
- Bake Eggs: Pour the egg mixture evenly into the greased pan and bake in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes, or just until the center is set but not overcooked, to ensure fluffy texture.
