Description

This indulgent Biscoff Cookie Butter Milkshake blends creamy vanilla ice cream with the rich, spiced flavor of Biscoff cookie butter for a decadent treat. Perfectly smooth yet with subtle ribbons of cookie butter running through, this milkshake is easy to make and ideal for satisfying your sweet tooth in minutes.

Ingredients

Milkshake

  • 3 cups (648g) vanilla ice cream (about 6-8 scoops)
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup whole milk (adjust based on preferred consistency)
  • 1/3 cup Biscoff cookie butter

For Serving

  • 2 additional tablespoons Biscoff cookie butter (for drizzling inside glasses)
  • Optional: whipped cream and crushed Biscoff cookie crumbs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine Ice Cream and Milk: Add 3 cups of vanilla ice cream and 1/4 to 1/2 cup of whole milk into a high-powered blender. The amount of milk depends on how thick or thin you want your milkshake.
  2. Blend and Add Cookie Butter: Blend the ice cream and milk for about 20-30 seconds. Stop intermittently to use a tamper tool or spatula to ensure even blending. Then add 1/3 cup of Biscoff cookie butter and blend again briefly to mostly combine, leaving thin ribbons of cookie butter mixed throughout the milkshake for texture and flavor variation.
  3. Prepare Glasses: Melt the additional 2 tablespoons of Biscoff cookie butter in the microwave for 20 seconds until pourable. Drizzle the melted cookie butter around the inside edges of your serving glasses to create a decorative and flavorful coating.
  4. Serve: Pour the milkshake into the prepared glasses. Serve immediately as is, or add a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of crushed Biscoff cookie crumbs on top for extra indulgence.

Notes

  • Adjust milk quantity to achieve your preferred milkshake thickness.
  • For a vegan version, use dairy-free ice cream and plant-based milk.
  • If you don’t have a tamper tool, a spatula or a spoon can help mix the ingredients evenly during blending.
  • Optional toppings include whipped cream and crushed Biscoff cookies for texture and visual appeal.
  • Serve immediately as milkshakes are best enjoyed fresh.
