Vegetables
- 2 roma tomatoes, chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 baby cucumber, chopped
Seasoning and Oil
- 3-4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 – 2 tablespoons Cavender’s Greek Seasoning
Instructions
- Crumble the feta: In a medium sized serving bowl, crumble the block of feta cheese using a fork until it breaks into small, chunky pieces.
- Add vegetables: Add the chopped roma tomatoes, green onions, and baby cucumber to the crumbled feta in the bowl.
- Toss the mixture: Gently toss the feta and vegetables together to evenly distribute the ingredients throughout the bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil: Pour 3 to 4 tablespoons of olive oil over the feta and vegetable mixture to add richness and help meld the flavors.
- Season: Sprinkle 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons of Cavender’s Greek Seasoning over the top, then toss everything again thoroughly to combine and evenly coat all ingredients with seasoning. Serve immediately.

- Use a block of good-quality feta for best texture and flavor.
