- 2 cups sour cream
- ½ cup chicken broth

- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¼ cup freshly chopped parsley, plus more for garnish
- 4 cups cooked and shredded chicken
Topping
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook the pasta: Cook linguine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain well and set aside.
- Prepare the oven and casserole dish: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly coat a 9×13-inch casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
- Make the sauce mixture: In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, chicken broth, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth and well combined.
- Add parsley, chicken, and pasta: Stir in the freshly chopped parsley, cooked shredded chicken, and drained linguine pasta. Mix everything thoroughly so the pasta is well coated with the creamy sauce.
