Ingredients

Espresso Mixture

  • 2 shots espresso (2 ounces) or ⅓ cup very strong brewed coffee
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice (up to ½ tsp for stronger flavor)
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

Other Ingredients

  • ¾ cup milk of choice
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional toppings: whipped cream, extra pumpkin pie spice for garnish


Instructions

  2. Blend for Froth: Using a milk frothing wand, blend the mixture until smooth and foamy. Alternatively, place all ingredients in a small blender or food processor and blend until frothy and combined.
  3. Add Milk: Pour the milk into the blended mixture and stir with a spoon or straw to combine evenly.
  4. Serve Over Ice: Fill a separate glass with ice cubes, then pour the pumpkin spice latte mixture over the ice.
