- 2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
Toppings (Optional)
- Sour cream, for serving
- Salsa, for serving
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish to prevent sticking.

- Add Sauce: Pour the red enchilada sauce evenly over the arranged burritos, making sure to coat each burrito thoroughly for maximum flavor.
- Bake Covered: Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes to heat the burritos through completely.
- Add Cheese: Remove the foil and sprinkle the shredded Mexican blend cheese evenly over the top of the burritos.
- Bake Uncovered: Return the dish to the oven and bake uncovered for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
- Serve & Garnish: Spoon servings onto plates and top with sour cream, salsa, and fresh cilantro, if desired. Serve warm for best taste.
