Ingredients
Strawberry Syrup (makes 1 cup, for 4 drinks)
- 1 cup Strawberries
- ¼ cup Granulated Monk Fruit Sweetener
Matcha Latte
- 1 tablespoon Ceremonial Grade Matcha Powder
- ⅓ cup Hot Water
- ¾ cup Milk of Choice (cashew milk recommended)
- Ice (as needed)
Instructions
- Prepare the strawberry syrup: Start by adding the strawberries and monk fruit sweetener to a blender. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth. If you don’t have a blender, mash the strawberries thoroughly until smooth enough to be sipped through a straw.
- Make the matcha: In a small bowl, combine the matcha powder with the hot water. Whisk vigorously for 1 to 2 minutes until the mixture is smooth and free of any clumps.
- Assemble the latte: Pour the prepared strawberry syrup into the bottom of a glass. Fill the glass with ice to your preference.
- Add milk and matcha: Pour in the milk of choice carefully over the ice and then add the whisked matcha on top.
- Final touch and serve: Add extra ice if desired. Stir gently to swirl the flavors together before serving and enjoy your refreshing iced strawberry matcha latte.
