- 24 wonton wrappers

Cheese Filling
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, freshly grated
- ¼ cup jalapenos, minced
- 2 tablespoons green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray to prepare for baking the wonton cups.
- Prepare Wonton Wrappers: Brush one side of each wonton wrapper with olive oil for crispiness. Place two wrappers oil-side up into each muffin tin hole, forming the base and sides for the cups.
- Partially Bake Wonton Cups: Bake the wonton wrappers for 5 minutes until they start to lightly brown and become crisp but are not fully cooked yet.

- Fill Wonton Cups: Spoon approximately 2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture into each partially baked wonton cup, filling them generously.
- Bake Filled Cups: Return the cups to the oven and bake for an additional 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese filling is golden brown and bubbly and the wonton cups are crispy.
