Instructions

  1. Preheat pan: Preheat a frying pan on medium heat. Using a non-toxic ceramic frying pan is ideal for even cooking and avoiding sticking.
  2. Mix ingredients: In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the ground lamb, chopped shallots, fresh rosemary, fresh cilantro, paprika, salt, and optional fish sauce. Use your hands to mix everything thoroughly.
