Decadent Oreo Magic Cookie Bars combine a rich Oreo crust with layers of sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and colorful mini M&Ms, all baked to gooey perfection for a delightful treat.

Crust Ingredients
- 4 cups crushed Oreos (save some for topping)
- ¾ cup butter, melted
- ½ teaspoon salt
Filling and Toppings
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk (1 can)
- 1 ¾ cups Oreo pieces
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- ½ cup white chocolate chips
- ¼ cup butterscotch chips
- 1 cup mini M&Ms
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure it’s ready once your bars are assembled.
- Prepare Pan: Line an 8×10 inch baking pan with parchment paper or spray it with baking spray for easy removal of the bars after baking.
- Crush Oreos: Use a food processor to crush the 4 cups of Oreos into a fine, sand-like texture. If you don’t have a processor, place the Oreos in a ziplock bag and crush them with a rolling pin until fine.
- Make Crust: In a medium bowl, whisk together the crushed Oreos, melted butter, and salt until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press this mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to form the crust.
- Add Sweetened Condensed Milk: Pour the entire can of sweetened condensed milk over the crust, spreading it evenly all the way to the edges.
- Add Toppings: Evenly sprinkle the remaining 1 ¾ cups of Oreo pieces, chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and mini M&Ms over the sweetened condensed milk layer in that order.
- Bake: Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes, until the edges are bubbly and the center is set.
- Cool Down: Remove from the oven and transfer the pan to a cooling rack. Let it cool completely for at least 1 hour before slicing into bars to allow the layers to set properly.
Notes
- For a different texture, bake the Oreo crust with the sweetened condensed milk for 25 minutes first without the toppings, then add the toppings and bake for another 20 minutes.
- Using mini M&Ms adds a fun twist and ensures an even distribution of candies.
- Make sure the bars cool completely before cutting to prevent crumbling.
