Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) to ensure it’s hot enough for roasting the potatoes to a crispy texture.
- Prep Potatoes: Cut the fingerling potatoes lengthwise in half to expose a flat surface that will crisp nicely during roasting.
