- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 2 (3.4 oz) packages instant pistachio pudding mix
- 8 ounce container frozen whipped topping (thawed)
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, stir together the crushed pineapple (with juice), drained mandarin oranges, mini marshmallows, instant pistachio pudding mixes, chopped cherries, chopped pecans, and sweetened flaked coconut until evenly combined.
- Fold in Whipped Topping: Gently fold in the thawed frozen whipped topping until the entire mixture is well coated and fluffy, making sure not to deflate the whipped topping.
- Chill the Salad: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate the pistachio fluff for at least 2 hours. For best flavor and texture, chilling for longer is recommended before serving.
