Description

This colorful Rainbow Bark recipe combines crunchy pretzel pieces, vibrant Mini M&M’s, and creamy white chocolate to create a delightful and festive treat. Perfect for parties or a fun snack, it’s simple to make and sets quickly in the fridge.

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mini M&M’s
  • 1 ½ cup broken pretzel pieces
  • 2 ¼ cups white chocolate or vanilla candy melts
  • Multi-Color nonpareil sprinkles (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the base: Line a 9×13 inch baking sheet with wax paper or foil. Evenly spread ¾ cup of the mini M&M’s along with the broken pretzel pieces on the lined sheet, creating a base layer.
  2. Melt the chocolate: Place the white chocolate or vanilla candy melts in a microwave-safe dish and heat in 30-second intervals, stirring after each until fully melted and smooth.
  3. Combine layers: Pour the melted white chocolate evenly over the M&M and pretzel mixture on the baking sheet. Use a spatula to spread it out evenly as needed.
  4. Add toppings: While the mixture is still soft and has not set, sprinkle the remaining mini M&M’s and the multicolor nonpareil sprinkles uniformly over the top.
  5. Chill and set: Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 1 hour or until the bark is fully set and firm.
  6. Serve: Remove from the fridge and break the bark into smaller, bite-sized pieces. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Use good quality white chocolate or candy melts for the best flavor and smooth texture.
  • Ensure the pretzels are broken into bite-sized pieces to balance texture.
  • Store the bark in an airtight container in the refrigerator to maintain freshness.
  • You can customize this bark by using different types of candies or sprinkles according to your preference.
  • Allow the bark to fully set before breaking it to get clean, crisp pieces.
