Description

This Reese’s Loaded Peanut Butter No-Churn Ice Cream is a creamy, rich treat loaded with peanut butter flavor, sprinkles, and chunks of mini peanut butter cups and candy pieces. Perfectly whipped and frozen without an ice cream maker, it’s a quick and indulgent dessert ideal for peanut butter lovers.

Ingredients

Ice Cream Base

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter, softened

Mix-Ins

  • 1/2 cup sprinkles
  • 1/2 cup mini peanut butter cups, chopped (about 3 ounces)
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter candy pieces (about 5 ounces)

Instructions

  1. Whip Cream: In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer on high speed to beat 2 cups of heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form, which should take approximately 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Add Base: Add 1 cup of softened creamy peanut butter and 1 (14 ounce) can of sweetened condensed milk to the whipped cream. Beat on low speed for 15 to 20 seconds until just combined to maintain the lightness of the whipped cream.
  3. Add Mix-Ins: Gently fold in 1/2 cup sprinkles, 1/2 cup chopped mini peanut butter cups, and 3/4 cup peanut butter candy pieces using a rubber spatula until they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  4. Transfer: Spoon the combined mixture into an 8 x 4 inch loaf pan or any freezer-safe container. Smooth the top evenly with a spatula for an even freeze and shape.
  5. Freeze: Cover the container tightly with plastic wrap or a lid and place it in the freezer for at least 4 hours to achieve a soft-serve texture, or freeze overnight for a firmer, scoopable consistency.
  6. Serve: Remove from the freezer and let sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes before scooping. Serve the ice cream in bowls or cones for a delightful dessert experience.

Notes

  • For best texture, do not overbeat the condensed milk mixture to keep the base light.
  • Allowing the ice cream to soften slightly at room temperature before serving will make scooping easier.
  • You can customize the mix-ins by adding other candy pieces or nuts as desired.
  • Store leftover ice cream in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 week for optimal freshness.
