  • handful Microgreens (optional)

Buffalo Chicken Mixture

  • 2 cups Shredded Chicken (or Shredded Rotisserie Chicken)
  • 1 tbsp. Melted Butter
  • 1/4 cup Buffalo Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • Salt & Cracked Black Pepper (to taste)
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Ranch Dressing
  • 1/4 cup chopped Red Onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped Green Onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped Dill Pickles


Instructions

  1. Prepare Buffalo Chicken: Shred rotisserie chicken in a mixing bowl. In a separate small bowl, stir together melted butter, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, and a pinch of cracked black pepper until well combined. Drizzle the buffalo sauce mixture over the shredded chicken and toss thoroughly to coat all pieces evenly.
  2. Mix Additional Ingredients: Add shredded cheddar cheese, red onions, green onions, chopped dill pickles, and ranch dressing to the buffalo chicken mixture. Stir gently to combine. Taste the mixture and adjust seasoning by adding salt and pepper as desired. Set aside.
  3. Warm Tortillas: Warm each flour tortilla in the microwave for about 20 seconds to make them more pliable and easier to roll.
  4. Assemble Wraps: Lay warmed tortillas flat on a clean surface. Evenly divide the chopped romaine lettuce between the two tortillas, creating a line down the center of each wrap.
  5. Add Chicken Mixture: Spoon approximately one cup of the buffalo chicken mixture onto each tortilla over the bed of romaine lettuce, spreading it evenly.
